1. Cancellation Policy

At Technoity, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to adjust your services with us. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties while ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality services to our clients.

Notice Period:Clients must provide a minimum of 1 days written notice for cancellation of any ongoing services. The notice should be sent via email to technoityindia@gmail.com or through your client portal.

Cancellation of One-Time Services: For one-time services (e.g., website design, one-time SEO audit), cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once the work has begun, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Ongoing Services: For monthly or ongoing services (e.g., SEO, social media management, PPC campaigns), cancellations must be requested at least 1 days before the next billing cycle. Services will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Project-Based Contracts:For projects with a fixed timeline and deliverables, cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 days of contract signing. If the project is canceled after work has commenced, the client will be billed for the hours worked and any expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

We strive to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction to our clients. Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.

Refunds for One-Time Services: If you are not satisfied with a one-time service, you may request a refund within 1 days of service completion. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a deduction for work already completed.

Refunds for Ongoing Services: Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are generally not provided for ongoing services. However, in cases of service dissatisfaction or underperformance, we will work with you to address the issues. If a resolution cannot be reached, a partial refund may be offered based on the work completed and the circumstances.

Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as ad spend for PPC campaigns, third-party software fees, and expenses paid to third parties, are non-refundable. These costs will be clearly communicated to you before the commencement of the service.

Chargebacks: We take chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount, as well as any additional costs incurred.
